Quick delicious breakfast – Salmon sandwich

Good morning dears,

If you want to begin your day full of energy I recommend you to drink a fresh vegetables juice. Today mine was made from carrots, cucumber and some ginger to be more flavored.

In the morning I know it’s hard to wake up early, we’re always on the run, but if we want a well-balanced diet we really need to eat in the morning. Today I prepared a delicious salmon sandwich, it’s very easy to do and also very healthy if you use the correct ingredients.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 black wheat buns with seeds
  • 100g smoked salmon fillet
  • 4 slices goat cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • capers or sliced ​​olives
  • 2 eggs boiled
